Information for your holiday

• Rooms and apartments will be considered booked only after the receipt of a confirmatory deposit.
• The deposit is 50% and in some cases or periods, the total balance is required 40 days before check-in.
• Breakfast for rooms’ guests is included.
• Energy costs for apartments are included. The same for linen with weekly change and final cleaning.
• The rooms and apartments are non smoking rooms.
• Any damage to the structure must be compensated.
• No pets allowed (to respect allergic guests).
• In case of booking cancellation, the deposit will neither be returned nor be valid for future bookings.
• In case of either postponed arrival, anticipated departure or non-appearance the stay will be charged according booking.
• Rooms and apartments are at guests’ disposal from 15.00 arrival day to 9.30 departure day.
  Check-in time 15.00 - 20.00 over 20.00 and until 23.00 extra cost of 30€.

Cancellation policies

in case of cancellation or reservation changes, however, we provide the following conditions:

• up to 30 days prior to arrival: total loss of deposit
• from 30 days until the date of arrival: 100% charge of the total price
• The deposit cannot be transferred to other periods.

Therefore we strongly suggest that you arrange travel insurance, in case you do not have your own below we recommend Europäische.

Travel cancellation insurance

Before embarking on a trip, something can always happen. With our travel cancellation insurance you are financially insured. A delayed departure, cancellation or interruption of your stay could trigger penalties against you. To avoid such expenses, we suggest you take out travel cancellation insurance. In such cases, L'Europäische would assume such expenses.
